QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering required, focus on RF and/or Telecommunication preferred
• 8+ years professional experience desirable
• Experience with RF measurements required
• Proficient with test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.
• Working knowledge of programming languages like C#
• Hands on experience with manual assembly and characterization work
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in English language, basic German knowledge required

• RF characterization of RF front end modules and components for 4G/5G cell phone applications
• Development, calibration, and verification of test systems
• Implementation of hardware and software for automated and semi-automated RF tests
• Hands on build up and debugging of test setups
• Analyzing performance data and supporting design engineers to ensure accurate product characterization
• Characterization lab maintenance
• Documentation and presentation of results
