OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in community relations, public relations, communications, customer service or similar.
  • Experience in developing and implementing communications and engagement strategies and liaising with stakeholders to build trust, honesty and reliability.
  • Experience in analysing, investigating and following up queries and complaints, developing action plans, and monitoring progress and outcomes.
  • Ability to coach team members to understand contractual requirements and how to effectively and appropriately handle queries raised.
  • Ability to identify target audiences, analyse needs and issues and develop tailored message content.
  • Strong knowledge of appropriate communication tools (presentation material, media releases) to convey key messages effectively and suitable for their intended audiences.
  • Experience on major infrastructure and rail projects is desired.
