Job Description
1. Undertakes duties as assigned by the Stakdeholder Manager
2. Develops professional Stakeholder relationships as a face of AECOM.
3. Maintains the implementation of the stakeholder(s) management register and updates as required.
4. Represents the Client /AECOM’s interests on all matters related to permitting & approvals for projects.
5. Good knowledge of planning processes required to coordinate with the Authorities and government entities for clarifications, justifications and permitting by statutory authorities.
6. Supports and facilitates design managers & directors with the overall permitting process to secure required Approvals, NOCs and Permits for the projects.
7. Ensures managers deliver required documents on schedule and in accordance with Authorities’ requirements, guidelines & standard specification.
8. Liaises and coordinates with Government authorities regarding project submissions, revisions, clarifications, approvals, justifications and approvals by statutory authorities.
9. Understands and knows how to deal with authorities programs, systems & online procedures.
10. Monitors projects progress. Notifies the client of any potential risks in the permitting process that could impact the schedule and update status via dashboards periodically.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years
  • Abu Dhabi experience is mandatory
