ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Standards Analyst/SME to join our team in Washington, DC.! ManTech is seeking a candidate who possesses experience developing standards, researching standards, and/or is familiar with the standards development process. Candidate will be an integral part of a fast-paced systems engineering/technical analysis team that assists R&D and acquisition programs to identify and implement relevant standards and develop new standards as needed. As part of the ManTech team, candidate will interface with government program managers to identify areas in which standards are relevant and/or should be developed. Candidate will work with Standards organizations to develop standards. Candidate will work with program managers to develop and integrate standards into solutions. A successful candidate must have out-of-the-box, critical thinking skills, a proactive, take-initiative attitude, a willingness to learn and challenge the status quo, and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders and work in teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience is required.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A current DHS Background Investigation is required to start.
  • Active Secret clearance preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
    The projected compensation range for this position is $99,200-$164,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.   • Assisting programs/projects to identify relevant standards and/or develop new standards.
  • Coordinating with NIST, National Labs, and/or FFRDCs to identify/develop new standards.
  • Establishing and/or facilitating working groups to develop new standards.
