Description:

Are you able to build and maintain strategic relationships? And do you have a passion in securing utilization of contracts? If yes, then you should consider building the relationships of STARK Groups digital future.
Your role will be to help maximize Business Value from IT vendor relationships within Group IT Sourcing & Vendor Management. This role also requires extensive interactions with IT and with business stakeholders. Contracts can range from commodity products and services to highly complex outsourcing relationships with multiple vendors, contracts, and contract schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement our governance framework and processes towards our strategic suppliers, including metrics and improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate governance meetings on strategic and tactical level, in accordance with the governance framework
  • Responsible for engaging as a liaison between Vendors, IT Managers and IT Sourcing.
  • Managing and Building vendor relationships,
  • Ensuring obligations and service levels are monitored, and that governance and processes are followed.
  • Vendor performance analysis through regular detailed management reports.
  • Conduct market benchmark evaluations of the vendors to ensure competitive terms & conditions and improved cost over time.
  • Have awareness of entire vendor portfolio and utilize vendor consolidation potential
  • Provide guidance on vendors and contracts to colleagues in your own area and across the organization

What are we looking for?
Ideally you have a background from a similar role and know the best practices around IT Vendor Management and Contract Management. You could also have a background as a Key Account Manager from the sales side within the IT area. You probably have an educational background as cand.merc.jur, business management or similar.
You have experience with building strong relationships with strategic and tactical vendors and can interact with various stakeholders, from project managers, Management and vendors. You can take the lead-role and facilitate governance meetings with various vendors and make sure our governance framework is used and anchored as the way to interact with our vendors from our IT Vendor Management function.
You will be part of an IT Sourcing and Vendor Management Team. We consist currently of 10 team members with competencies within Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Legal & Compliance and License Management. Your role will primarily be within IT Vendor Management and Contract Management.
Workplace is preferable in Aarhus, Denmark - but there is a possibility to work from our Head Quarters in Frederiksberg. Possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
