Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated State Team Leader with leadership experience who will be responsible for the QLD/SA/WA regions. This remote role will involve the day-to-day supervision and leadership of the QLD/SA/WA-based field sales team, which includes the Territory Manager and Merchandiser roles. You will drive consistency in the day-to-day operations, focusing on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Part of this role will also involve managing the designated territory by engaging and promoting our products in all agreed outlets. This unique opportunity would suit a driven and motivated individual who is keen to develop their career in sales and retail leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day leadership of state field team, including Territory Managers and Merchandisers.
  • Network and work collaboratively with other State Team Leaders.
  • Work periodically with all state team members and provide feedback.
  • Performance management of team members w NFSM.
  • Escalate state-based supply challenges to Supply Chain, Account Manager’s and NFSM.
  • Expand distribution and shelf facings/location of our products across the assigned territory and retail outlets.
  • Ensure compliance and directive is adhered to regarding set objectives.
  • Utilise point of sale where possible.
  • Seek opportunities to off-locate our products.
  • Create networks and build relationships with key stakeholders within the supermarket/outlet.
  • Grow our footprint in independent supermarkets/grocers.
