Static Technician

at  Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust

Performs some semi -skilled maintenance tasks and checks , inc luding basic Planned Preventative Maintenan ce ( PPM ) checks for W ater , Fire, Ventilation, Electrical and Building Fabric to ensure the Trust’s buildings and grounds adhere to statutory complian ce and are fit for purpose .
Installs, maintains , services and repairs a range of estates services equipment across all areas of their responsibility . Delivers small Minor Works projects on site as agreed w ith QTS.
Competent Person level in at least one of the following: Water, Electrical, Ventilation , Lifts, Fire, Medical Gas, Pressure System , or other estate-related area
Assigned to a designated site . On occasion, m ay be required to work across other sites .
Builds relationships with Site Service Managers (SSMs) , QTS staff , stakeholders and external service providers and contractors , to support the delivery of services in a professional, timely manner .
