QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • 5 years of experience in related position.

AREA OF EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive knowledge of Airport Services functions and key activities including technical and operational related matters.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret codes and information and use information to maximize when planning, organizing, and supervising the work of others and setting priorities.
  • Ability to work with the team, senior management and stakeholders as required and making effective decisions to maintain operational standard, commercial performance and customer satisfactions.
  • Ability to manage and lead staff and Ground Handling Agent (GHA) staff.
  • Able to manage and monitor performance against standards.

Responsibilities:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Manage plan and control the Operating Expenditure (OPEX) budget planning.
  • Plan and manage the resources and team effectively to ensure efficient management of department in line with the operations procedures so as results are delivered according to the agreed level of performance whilst ensuring standard operations procedures are adhered to.
  • Manage, plan and monitor safety and security issues within area of responsibility and ensure staff and Ground Handling Agent (GHA) staff compliant to SLA and Operations
  • Manage communications with passengers, authorities, ground handlers, external agencies and handle complaints and claims at the station.
  • Manage, plan and monitor staff ‘s performance, learning and development, discipline, grievances and industrial relations issues.
  • Able to be transferred or seconded if needed to a subsidiary, affiliate, related or an associate company of the Company within the Malaysia Aviation Group, whether it is currently incorporated or to be incorporated at a future date.
