DESCRIPTION:

As our Trade Service Centre network is expanding, so is our network support team. As such, we now have a newly created role that will take our team into the next phase of growth. The TSCN Scheduling Manager will head up the TSC Network Scheduling team, working out of our Trade Service Centres (location can be negotiated) you will be reporting to the National General Manager – Trade Service Centres. The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to the national Trade Service Centre Scheduling Team.
Actively promoting Ausreo products and services to customers to generate maximum sales and margins.
Ensure all relevant induction and training is conducted for Schedulers.
Liaise with the TSCN Team regularly to ensure workloads and capacity are deliverable in accordance with customer expectations.
Responsible for the production and delivery of material to customers in accordance with agreed project plans.
Active management of lead time for scheduling and production, striving for optimum lead time where possible.
To Be Successful
Experience in Engineering and Construction with a working knowledge of the scheduling and construction process across various project types.
Extended knowledge of construction sequencing and structural properties and designs.
Familiarity with all types of structural drawings for construction including domestic, residential, multi-storey and civil works.
Civil and/or Structural Engineering tertiary qualification.
Experience in project execution to understand from a contractor’s perspective, the site problems with reinforcing steel in concrete and buildability of concrete structures.
Excellent customer service experience
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
