Description:

Key Account Manager - DACH Region
The Key Account Manager for the DACH region at SteelSeries will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. They will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key accounts, and implement promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in consumer electronics or gaming, proficiency in P&L management and trade marketing, and fluency in English and German. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for the region, focusing on driving sell-out and profitable growth.
  • Build strategic account plans with key accounts, aligning with SteelSeries’ business strategies.
  • Implement promotional sales and marketing plans with key accounts, driving brand visibility and sales.
  • Conduct product training with key account staff to ensure brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners including retailers, e-tailers, and distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to coordinate and implement regional marketing activities.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to headquarters to support product development and strategy.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in a similar role within Consumer Electronics or Gaming.
  • In-depth understanding of P&L management and trade marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with intermediate level or higher.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.

  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market dynamics in the DACH region.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
