- Completed NCEA Level 3 Or High school equivalent
- Ability to work on a rotational basis shift, as well as some weekend work at times
- Ability to successfully complete the Level 3 certification within 12 months & Level 4 Certificate in Sterilization Technology within 2 years
- Demonstrate good communication skills and attention to details
- Demonstrate flexibility, and physically fit
