Our friendly Stock Control team are now on the lookout for a Stock Control Administration Clerk to join the team based at Warwick Farm.

• Creating and maintaining new vehicle stock records within our DMS.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles in stock, including their locations and status.
• Organising vehicle swaps with other dealers.
• Processing Retail Delivery Advice’s (RDA’s).
• Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation.
• Retrieve quotes from Car Carrier companies for transport requests.
• Liaise with truck drivers for daily runs.
• Registration for New, Used & Demo vehicles for multiple brands.
• Ensure compliance with registration guidelines.
• Monitor emails and answer any queries and requests that come through promptly and professionally.
• General administrative duties.
