ABOUT THE ROLE
Peter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt for a Stock Controller and Registrations Clerk to join our LDV, MG & Nissan Team in Campbelltown. To be considered for this role, you must be detail focused, have good time management skills, be process driven, a team player and enjoy interacting with customers.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
- Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area.
- Provide exceptional value adding and customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant
- Assist in customers queries and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Escalate or refer any unresolved actions to your manager in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required
- Process data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure emails are responded to effectively and in a timely manner
- Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
- Collaborate with other teams when projects assigned
- Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures
