Stock Controller/Warehouse

This is an opportunity for an experienced forklift driver. We have day and shifts on offer. You will be joining a fantastic team, working in a multi purpose warehouse environment, located in Lara

The role

• Participate and coordinate cycle count process across depots
• Monitor stock levels and assist with setting inventory parameters and Min/Max levels
• Raise pick lists and perform relevant system transactions
• Maintain accurate purchasing related documents
• Investigate stock discrepancies
• Analyse inventory levels
• Handle customer queries
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure incoming/outgoing product is labelled correctly
• General forklift duties around the warehouse (not essential)

To apply you will need

A current LF licence desired but not essential and previous experience in a similar Stock Controller role within logitics/transport companies.

• Certificate III in Transport & Logistics / Warehousing Operations desirable
• Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel
• Intermediate level on other MS office applications (Word,PowerPoint, Visio etc)
• JD Edwards or similar ERP applications experience
• Dangerous goods/Chemicals awareness and handling desirable
• Experience in Rail systems, Track, Civil or Structures advantageous
• Forklift licence
• Logistics or relevant work experience in maintenance and operations environment
• Level 1 Track Safety Awareness training, or willingness to obtain
