We are seeking an experienced administrator to support inventory, fuels stocks and lubricants across the Victorian Operations.
Job Description
This person will be the focal point for all our operational administration in Victoria which underpins the core operational activities within our business. Some of the key areas of responsibility include regular stocks balancing of both fuel and lubricants, managing inventory records and customer invoicing. There may also be a requirement to help and support other team members in their operational requirements around the Country.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily fuel importing
  • Supplier purchase receipt & re-invoicing
  • Customer invoicing
  • Daily / Weekly stock balancing
  • Investigating and solving stock discrepancies
  • Resolving customer billing queries
  • Providing customer fuel usage reports
  • Providing training & support to others
  • Working closely with other business functions
  • Reconciliation of freight invoices, rates and accruals (matching) to validate and allow invoices for payment
    Qualifications
    You must be a highly driven individual, who has in depth understanding of inventory management and problem solving. You must have strong written and oral communications skills, have exceptional attention to detail, be a team player and enjoy a challenge. Any prior experience in fuel stock management is an advantage but not essential.
