Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an IT Technical Advisor Specialist to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Design and implement storage solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Configure and manage storage arrays, SANs, and NAS systems.
  • Experience with cloud storage such as AWS and Azure
  • Monitor storage performance and capacity and take proactive measures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure data availability, integrity, and security, and comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform disaster recovery testing.
  • Investigate and resolve storage-related incidents and problems.
  • Stay up to date with the latest storage technologies and industry trends.
  • Be a problem solver and challenge technical solutions.
  • You will participate in the improvement of the main data quality processes to execute them with simplicity, speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • You will apply the best practices and guidelines of the organizational and departmental change management process in relation to data warehouses.
  • Be proactive in reviewing, developing, and implementing processes and procedures.
  • Experience working in an agile framework.
  • Collaborate with other team members on projects.
  • Help develop automation to improve operations.
  • Assist with RFQs, RFPs and BOMs when needed.
  • Assist in high-level support on major incidents.
