Description:
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
- BAU support of the SAN environment and the Backup environment,
- Performing daily checks and Storage allocation/deallocation,
- SAN switch zoning, Firmware upgrades and Managing Backups (end to end configuration, re-running failed backups)
- Tape Management/Rotation, Maintaining documentation and producing management reports
- Implementing changes according to client change management process,
- Problem management/resolution using SNOW and Disaster recovery testing.
