Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of storage management experience
- Know different storage hardware and services
- Use tools like Veritas Netbackup and Dell Data Domain
- Be skilled in storage management software
- Know IBM AIX, Redhat, Solaris, and Windows
- Understand volume management and networking
- Have experience in storage migrations
- Know scripting and Ansible certification is preferred
- Be able to work under pressure, and work beyond regular office hours, including weekends when necessary
Responsibilities:
- Keep storage and backup systems running smoothly
- Quickly fix issues and drive Root Cause Analysis
- Support teams for optimal storage performance
- Plan upgrades and recommend improvements
- Manage updates and ensure security compliance
- Help application and Data Centre teams with technical issues
