We are presently searching for our next great team member as a Store and Food outlet clerk to join our Food and Beverage team. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you.
This full time position will work half the time in our store as a clerk, and half the time in our retail food outlet called “The Bears Bite”. Either way, you’ll be on the front line with our customer interactions so we’re looking for an outgoing and positive personality who can serve our guests!

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 19 years of age or older (legal age to sell alcohol)
• Must be comfortable with regular heavy lifting, bending, etc
• Ability to lift & carry 50lb
• Possess or willing to acquire Serving It Right certification
• Previous retail and cash handling skills are definite assets
• Responsible and self-motivated, with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment as both an individual and team player
• Knowledge of the surrounding area (or intent to learn)
• To meet seasonal demands, you may be required to assist in other departments as needed

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting guests
• Assist with inventorying and ordering of food, beverage and souvenir products
• Restock and merchandise retail products
• Receive and price new inventory
• Inform Manager of repeatedly asked for items that are not part of the regular inventory
• Accurately register sales and exchange payment to ensure balanced floats at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean workspace and shopping environment
• Answer client questions and make product recommendations
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
