QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 8-10 years in store development, facilities management, and leasing within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s retail market and regulations related to store development and leasing.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering store renovation projects on time and within budget.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with landlords and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions about store locations and expansions.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and store planning.
