About the role
Located in the hub of Burwood, our Bupa Optical and Hearing team are ready to welcome a new Leader. This is an opportunity to join a friendly and dedicated team, all working hard to help our customers take care of eye health and wellbeing.
As the Leader of this busy store, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring a first-class service experience for all. You will play the key role in fostering the positive and harmonious store environment whilst driving sales and achieving operational excellence. Building community relationships and clientele will be a major focus as we service new and existing customers.
This opportunity will be offered on a fortnightly roster with one weekend day included. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of self-development and growth opportunities with the support and direction of senior leadership at your fingertips.
About you
Ideally you will have optical, or solid retail store leadership experience and will be keen to showcase this in an organisation that truly values contribution. You have a good understanding of the day-to-day operations of a brand name retail store. You are focussed on your people and your dedication to customers is a cut above the rest.
