JOB INFORMATION

• Comply with and enforce the service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer service;
• Use the main store profitability analysis tools to make decisions, which allow you to boost sales and ensure the implementation of necessary actions;
• Manage the store in terms of image, team and commercial objectives, in accordance with internal guidelines;
• Plan, organize and control store activity;
• Ensure adequate recruitment, reception, integration and training of new employees;
• Manage and promote the development of team members;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years’ experience in similar functions;
• Computer knowledge from the user’s perspective;
• Experience in sales analysis and KPIs;
• Ability to lead, develop and manage teams;
• Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
• Customer orientation;
