WE ARE ON THE SEARCH FOR A PRACTICED SALES AND PEOPLE LEADER TO JOIN US AS A STORE MANAGER IN OUR CAMERON ROAD, TAURANGA STORE. THIS IS A NEWLY CREATED ROLE WILL SEE YOU WORKING A 45 HOUR WORK WEEK.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for overall store operations, sales profitability and staff management. Operating an efficient, productive and profitable business is a key focus, as well as providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships. This is a challenging and hands-on role which requires an experienced people manager to lead staff, grow the business and maintain and build relationships.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 6 months experience within retail sales and people management
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Previous exposure with management reporting, stock control and an understanding of what it takes to successfully run a busy store
• A strict approach to Health and Safety and compliance across the business
• A high standard when it comes to store presentation
• Previous tyre or automotive experience, or enthusiasm to learn this
