We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our energetic team at Coach Karrinyup!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a Brand Ambassador - Develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, and communicate our brand vision.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate the team.
  • Inspire, mentor and develop your team to exceed performance standards, provide support to achieve KPI’s and sales targets.
  • At least 2-3 years previous retail Management experience of leading a team of 10+.
  • A passion for luxury retail and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Roster is Sunday-Thursday.
