Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to work in our vape shop based in Waikato. A Store Manager will be directly working with the Owner to ensure business targets are met and excel at the smooth operations of the Store. The Store Manager is responsible for Stock and Financial details, along with organising and controlling the store. Ensure it is operating responsibly 24/7 and liaise with junior staff members. Job type: Full time – 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster.
Duration: Permanent
Pay Bracket: Minimum of $29.70 per hour and Employer is willing to go to $32.00 per hour based on experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• A Store Manager will need to have good decision-making skills.
• Be able to work in a team and indenpendatly.
• Ensure Health and Safety is following and ensure store is always need and clean.
• The Store Manager will be responsible for interacting with customers, taking feedback, and responding to complaints in a positive manner.
• All Staff will be ultimately the Store Managers responsibility, and the Store Manager needs to handle hiring, training, upskilling and focus on people management.
