Our client, a brand specialising in sustainable fashion accessories, is looking for its future Boutique Manager based in Cologne.
As a Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and offers customers the best possible shopping experience.
By joining this brand, you’ll be taking part in its development with this brand new adventure in Germany, and you’ll be a real ambassador for the brand, promoting its values throughout Europe.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Ensuring shop performance management, taking into account key business figures
- Leading, supervising and developing your sales team
- Monitor the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensure merchandise and stock management
- Ensuring merchandising and good storekeeping
- Carry out administrative tasks such as managing the till and accounts.
