YOUR SKILLS:

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in premium fashion or beauty.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamin environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in executing VM guides and standards to a very high level
• Organised and structure individual who has an eye for detail

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized styling advice and ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity.
• Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained to showcase our products effectively.
• Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, coaching team members to deliver a consistent brand experience.
