WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH PREMIUM FASHION AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO LEAD OUR TEAM IN OUR ARMANI OUTLET HOMEBUSH.

  • Manage daily morning briefs, enhancing staff animation, business (sales and KPIS) and product awareness, motivation and commitment.
  • Facilitate one on ones and personal development plans, developing strengths and supporting professional growth through talent mapping.
  • Proactively manage all administrative duties including Work Health and Safety protocols, rostering, Time and Attendance processes for your team.
  • Foster a supportive and positive work culture.
  • Facilitate team-based training to engage customers: clientelling, after-care, CRM KPI monitoring and coaching.
  • Analyse business data and propose sales strategies to achieve sales KPI.
  • Generate sales by creating new clientele as well as re-activating existing clientele.
  • Analyse and understand current market trends and identify new opportunities within the current market.
  • Be actively involved in client events contributing to sales and retention strategies.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor: VIC/VIP relationship.
  • Role model an authentic client experience that motivates your team to actively pursue sales targets.
  • Supervise sales to ensure customer satisfaction, engagement.
  • Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved.
  • Experience in a premium fashion environment.
  • Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Excellent in spoken and written English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and experience in POS systems.

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate or above in Business or related disciplines (not compulsory).
  • At least 2 plus years in a premium fashion management role.
