Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The business is looking for a motivated individual to ensure the smooth running of the Canberra based retail store.
This is a permanent full-time position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop junior staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff rostering, training and onboarding.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through phone, email, live-chat and face-to-face channels.
- Effectively communicate the products features, benefits and uses to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and place new inventory orders as needed.
- Collaborate with other business departments to drive business growth.
