QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the homewares or bedding industry.
• Operationally savvy with the ability to manage high volumes of stock effectively.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
