REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager experience.
- Retail experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Keen eye for visual merchandising, with a proven ability to create engaging displays.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 15kg
Responsibilities:
As Store Manager:
- Drive Customer Centric Culture: Lead by example to foster a customer-centric environment that ensures every visitor has a memorable shopping experience.
- Team Development: Develop and nurture your team, aligning their efforts with business objectives to achieve financial sales, profit, and productivity targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Showcase your expertise in visual merchandising to create an inviting atmosphere that captivates attention and makes shopping a delightful experience.
- Rostering and Expense Management: Efficiently manage store rostering and wage expenses, demonstrating strong commercial acumen to optimize resource allocation.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all products are readily available for customers while maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Diligently monitor store sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and sharing insights with peers and senior management.
