DESCRIPTION:
Outback Stores is seeking single managers or management couples for Store Manager positions to join our Outback family. As a Store Manager you will be able to experience Australia, engage with community members and explore some of the most remote parts of Australia.
Outback Stores desire our Store Managers, to have a range of skills that are transferable to our team environment, this includes:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail and fast-moving consumer goods experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.
- Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.
- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.
- Effective cross-cultural collaboration.
- Sound customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software
