As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in consumer experience, maximizing store sales, and leading and developing a high-performing team. Peak Performance is part of Amer Sports which is a global community of some of the world’s most recognized, credible, and respected sports and outdoor brands.
We are now looking for our new store manager in our outlet store in Vestby, located at Oslo Fashion Outlet. The store is re built to our newest concept during may this year and has a team of around 8 employees. It is preferred that you have experience from outlet since before but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize store sales and achieve store sales goals.
• Ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards.
• Provide coaching to the store team in the core areas of customer service and engagement, brand identity, detailed product knowledge, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with all HR/Payroll requirements, collective agreements, local law, policies, and procedures.
• Protect company assets and ensure compliance with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.
• Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and actively maintain a succession plan within the store.
