As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive success at our Auckland store.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the dairy store or grocery industry. Suitable tertiary qualification in Management may substitute the requirements for work visa.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and cash handling procedures would be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Lead and motivate a team of store associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor product quality, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase store traffic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including cash handling procedures, food safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze sales data, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, expenses, and employee schedules, and prepare reports for management as needed.
