If you have a proven track record of inspiring and managing a senior team, achieving KPIs, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the customer service industry
- Ability to manage and lead a team of ten individuals
- Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Excellent people management skills, including coaching, training, feedback, and conflict resolution
