At The Reject Shop, we’re not your average retail store, and we’re definitely not looking for an average Store Manager. We’re on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we’re looking for a retail superstar to join our team as our Store Manager in our Hills District Region.

As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions, actively addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly. You’ll be the driving force behind our store’s success. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include:

  • Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
  • Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
