Job Description
Now you can be part of our vibrant team as a store manager and take ownership of this store with your passion and expertise.
We require a retail leader who is dynamic and resilient, and who understands that your store succeeds when your team achieves. As a natural communicator you will lead, coach and develop your team toward a positive sales culture by fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth and supporting and encouraging team and customer engagement within a safe environment.
We’re looking for someone who is highly effective in building and maintaining great working relationships with key stakeholders and their teams and everything you do will be underpinned by your solid understanding of retail and what makes a store hum with activity and profitability.
With an agile mindset, you will need to be adaptable and able to pivot quickly, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure that the store stays ahead of the game in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven significant management experience preferably within a retail environment
  • Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
  • Ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
  • Resilience and adaptability, and able to drive change
