Job Description

Our Store Managers are exceptional because they truly love people and retail. They understand that achieving our goals requires the right individuals and they are experts at coaching and empowering their staff to bring out their best. In this bustling store, you’ll play a vital role in keeping an impressive sales team motivated and making a meaningful impact on our customers. As a Store Manager, you’ll also have the overall responsibility for managing store budgets and driving revenue.

Qualifications

To be one of our retail leaders ideally you will have:

• Proven successful management experience, preferably in retail
• Competence in all aspects of store operations
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
• The ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
• Resilience and adaptability
