Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you will be leading the team and managing the daily operations of two bustling café sites nestled within Lismore Hospital!
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Set the bar high for customer experience, by implementing our customer service guarantee to ensure each visit leaves with a lasting impression.
- Explore growth and sales opportunities, including customised catering.
- Maintain a positive work environment by keeping the team motivated and engaged by embracing our core values.
- Work closely with your Area Manager to thrive in all aspects of operations to identify trends, revenue growth, stock management, and staff development.
- Adherence to health and safety procedures, working with our health and safety team to ensure your site is fully compliant.
In this position, your regular working hours are 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday ideally starting around 5.30 or 6am.
