    Your new role
    As the Store Manager at our Williams Eastland store, you will be responsible for taking your store to the next level! You will be leading your team to create a great customer experience, increase sales and maintain the operational store standards. With a best in class Point of Sales system, you will have the tools to achieve the above.

Duties

  • Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
  • Maintain VM standards and stock management
  • Roster management and wage control
  • Lead, motivate and inspire to achieve store targets
  • Coach, develop and mentor your team

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Retail Management experience
  • Passion for coaching and developing your team
  • Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi task
  • Creating a customer service culture
  • Driving performance within your team
