Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our energetic team and drive success at our retail location. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a keen understanding of the fashion retail landscape, and enjoys working with a diverse customer base, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to reach their full potential and exceed performance expectations.
• Implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain store appearance and uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting in a timely and efficient manner.
