SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Store person in a trade environment would be ideal but not essential
• A ‘can do attitude’, ready-to-learn team player, with strong and consistent attention to detail to accurately match orders and items and participate in stock counts/takes
• A Full New Zealand Driver’s licence is a must! A Forklift license is considered a bonus!
• A good level of physical fitness, someone who enjoys working amongst the action, on their feet
• Someone with excellent customer service experience and good communication skills who will strive to deliver a reliable, high-quality service to those who engage with the stores.

We are looking for a Store person to join our team to manage our incoming stock and support our technicians to ensure they have what they need to complete their job requests picked and ready. In this role, your day-to-day will involve:

• Receive and check all goods entering stores, ensuring the correctness of items and correct placement of stock in the store
• Pick orders according to job management requests and deliver them on time with a high level of service
• Action requests and update the system to ensure the system reflects the actual
• Participate in stock takes and other duties as required to support operations
• Ensure safe work practices whilst undertaking any lifting or operating a forklift.
