- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Provide staff supervision and guidance, complying with all company policies, procedures and directives from management team
- Able to work as a leader, to drive and motivate and develop people
- Execute effective day to day business and operations processes
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for creating a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Foster customer relationships through innovative thinking, building of client books and delivering a meaningful experience
- Utilize all available tools and technology
You’ll Need to Have:
- Relevant sales experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking
- English Language
