Description:
RESPONSIBILITY / TRAINING
- Store Operation: To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively.
- Team Work: Create a positive working environment, providing efficient and friendly service whilst ensuring total quality experience for both customers and staff alike
- Customer Service: To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards.
- Staff Training: Inject tone and personality into the store by being an advocate on training, possessing great customer service skills and vast product knowledge, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to up-keeping the company’s standards
