• Ensure all goods received arrive on time and in ensure highest quality of all incoming goods.
• Follow up with suppliers should incoming goods not meet specification and quality criterion.
• Assist with monthly stock takes.
• Liaise with other departments on their needs ensuring all communications are understood.
• Deliver exceptional telephone service.
• Deal effectively with enquiries, requests and complaints in an empathetic manner.
• Post all food and beverage invoices and produce purchase order for receiver to match against when goods are delivered.
• Process and enter food and beverage invoices daily.
• Ensure all operational and control procedures are implemented and adhered to.
