We are currently seeking a Stores & Logistics Officer to join our team in Caerphilly. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely order processing. If you possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you.

• Handling customer requests for materials, sales, and exchange inquiries
• Meeting AOG deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Preparing orders for shipment to vendors and customers
• Coordinating deliveries with couriers for expedited service
• Performing data entry using Quantum system
• Maintaining an organized filing system
• Receiving materials from suppliers and conduct quality control inspections
• Handling and store aeronautical parts, including electro-sensitive devices
• Addressing queries and manage rejected parts
• Packing parts for domestic or export dispatch
• Maintaining shipping documentation
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth company operations
• Performing other reasonable tasks as needed.
