Job Description

• As an Analyst in the Financial Solutions team at Enpal, you will play a key role in identifying and validating market opportunities.
• You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to shape business models and drive the scaling of the new Enpal unit and spin-offs.
• Your responsibilities will include extensive analysis, business planning, partnership management, strategy development and its end-to-end implementation, including operational tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have about 1 year of relevant work experience in fast-changing corporate environments, such as start-ups, consulting or VCs.
• Proactivity and a pronounced solution orientation are essential components of your way of working, whereby you have a good balance between conceptual/strategic thinking and implementation-oriented action
• Your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• You not only set high quality standards for your work, but also have a can-do mentality that motivates yourself and others.
