JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Foster and sustain strong connections with key clients in the Asia Pacific region.
• Comprehend client needs, goals, and challenges to offer customized solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to attain revenue targets and business goals.
• Identify growth prospects within existing accounts and explore new business avenues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, operational) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with client needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct routine market analyses to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
• Lead negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Company’s Technologies.
• Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
• Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels.Proactively address and resolve any issues to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a comparable role within the technology or security industry.
• Possess experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems (advantageous).
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have the ability to travel as required within the Asia Pacific region.
