Description:

The Strategic Alliances GTM Leader will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with key partners. You will cultivate executive relationships, with GSIs, service providers such as Lumen, and technology alliances like AWS, HP/Poly.
The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company’s success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom’s global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to succeed in sales, alliance management, or related roles, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
  • Able to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to translate vision into actionable plans and drive execution.
  • Manage relationships with Global Systems Integrators, service providers, and technology alliances.
  • Able to focus on driving business outcomes and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, ensuring alignment between Zoom and strategic partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for revenue growth through strategic alliances. Lead the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets. Develop clear metrics and KPIs to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Cultivating relationships with key partners, including Global Systems Integrators, service providers like Lumen, and technology alliances such as AWS, HP/Poly.
  • Working closely with key technology alliance partners, to identify synergies, develop joint solutions, and drive customer adoption.
  • Developing and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for strategic alliances, incorporating market analysis, and customer feedback to drive success.
