PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You are Sales Individual with proven experience both in selling externally to customers and operating as a co-prime function working with internal AEs and Front Line Manager stakeholders
- You ideally have experience in New Logo business, building new territories
- Experience working in the BPO and/or Managed Service space would be highly beneficial
- Understands technology and digital innovation, and how this can impact, change/shape customer-centric business performance - in particular a strong understanding and POV on front-office
- You can identify highly differentiated Industry and Client-specific opportunities for business transformation and are able to curate digital offerings that unify Salesforce, Customer and Partner capabilities and needs.
- You have practical experience of complex deal composition and deal negotiation at C-Suite level
- Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence across complex matrix organizations.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to craft future-proof vision and bring stakeholders/teams along the journey to deliver the vision
Responsibilities:
ABOUT ROLE
The Named Account Manager will be responsible for identifying , building and growing our Industries business, with a specific focus on selling ‘Powered by Salesforce’ digital managed services.
You will be leading on internal sales team activation, brokering relationships and commercial agreements with OSP Customers, and creating / owning a book of business with end-customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop key customer relationships and drive customer impact and value to assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within new and existing accounts in the upper Commercial and Enterprise Segment
